225 mL Green Leaf Juice

Your blood is made up of 55% blood plasma and 45% hemoglobin. When you combine coconut water and green leaf juice (with a ratio of 55% to 45%), the juice mimics the contents of your blood. Coconut water is one of the highest sources of electrolytes found in nature and is identical to human blood plasma.
